Mena Alexandra (born on 13 February 1979) is a model and actress American-born model and actress. After 1990, just after beginning her career as a model, she began to act in television programs like Boy Meets World. The film debut came with the drama Nowhere that was that was released in the year 1997. The performances she made were in American Beauty, for which she was awarded a BAFTA Award nomination and American Pie led to her being the subject of more public attention. After that, she appeared as the lead for the role of a protagonist in Sugar & Spice (2000) alongside American Pie star Jason Biggs. Spun the 2002 independent drama film and Trauma (2004) thrillers were also prominent in her work. In 2004, she was a guest on HBO's drama Six Feet Under. She received nominations for the Screen Actors Guild Award in for 2005 in the category of Outstanding Ensemble. In 2008, Suvari was cast in several movies including Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the film adaption to The Garden of Eden. Suvari was featured in numerous blog and fashion publications as well as Vogue. She is a Lancome model, and is featured on the advertisements printed in Lancome Paris Adaptive. She has supported and been an advocate for the African Medical and Research Foundation for a number of years. In addition, she is active in female empowerment issues and is involved with organizations whose mission is breast cancer, and the End Violence Against Women campaign. Most well-known is her role in TV series such as Dark Angel Heroes the Chris Isaak Show Black Sash Reaper or Rookie Blue. Her modeling credits include high-profile campaigns such as Mercedes-Benz Sprint Canada & the Olympics. Missy has starred in The Stick It Backcountry Movie The Red Movie, Something Red, and Wide Awake. She was an accomplished actress who managed to shine in both of the films. Missy is a very kind lady. She prefers spending her spare time engaging in philanthropic activities. She is a part of an organization that is non-political and is aiming to create affordable and safe shoes to South America. She was also honored as the Best Actress nominated for a Streamy Award in the Leo Awards.
